Steve Todare

Mr. Todare is the CEO of S&M Moving Systems, Total Transportation Logistics, GLS, SMML, Bristol Auto Logistics and Bristol Global Mobility. Mr. Todare’s background in Supply Chain Management, Operations and Account Management provides a strategic vision for growth and innovation in the mobility and transportation industries. Mr. Todare has an MBA from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration and received his BS from Arizona State University.

Jay Stadler

Mr. Stadler is a 4th generation family business owner in S&M Moving Systems and has proudly served the organization for over 32 years. During Mr. Stadler’s tenure he has worked in every capacity of the moving industry including Operations, Account Management, Customer Service, and was instrumental in creating the dynamic International Household Division which serves all branches within the organization. Mr. Stadler is a shareholder for sister companies, TTL – a leading Mayflower Transit agent, along with Bristol Global Mobility which specializes in providing relocation solutions to companies around the world. Currently, Mr. Stadler serves as the President of S&M Moving Systems, Fremont, CA.

Anthony Locatelli

Mr. Locatelli has worked with S&M Moving Systems for over 21 years.  During his tenure Mr. Locatelli has developed a team of quality professionals serving a diverse customer base.  Mr. Locatelli continues to be an instrumental leader in the organization and management team providing the training and educational resources for each associate to be a professional in their career which drives customer satisfaction and quality service.  Mr. Locatelli has attended Hudson Valley Community College, Arizona State University and the University of Phoenix.

Michael D’Oliveira

Mr. D’Oliveira joined S&M Moving Systems in 2001 as Controller.  In 2005 he assumed the role of CFO.  Prior to joining S&M Moving Systems, Mr. D’Oliveira spent 10 years within the industry in Southern California.  Mr. D’Olveira received his BS in Finance & Accounting from the University of Maryland and his MBA from Pepperdine University.

Don Pinkston

Mr. Pinkston is a graduate of California State University at Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management. During the 1980’s, Mr. Pinkston was a partner in 2 successful technology companies. In 1989, Mr. Pinkston founded a software company which manufactured and sold software to the new home building industry until he sold it in 1996. He also consulted for several large companies looking to move to new advanced PC based systems. In 1997 Mr. Pinkston joined S&M Moving Systems and in 2004 became the CIO. Mr. Pinkston is responsible for all strategic, budget and architecture of all technology related functions within the enterprise.

Mary Sloane

Mrs. Sloane has worked with the S&M Moving Systems companies since 1984. Mrs. Sloane originally was hired on a temporary basis in the accounting department before being promoted to the operations and also leading the safety departments. In 1996 Mrs. Sloane became the Director of Human Resources where she is responsible for overseeing all corporate divisions and personnel functions. Mrs. Sloane graduated from University of California San Diego with a BA in Psychology.
